Geoff is the President and Co-Founder of The BioBreak Organization.  He started the organization with Patrick Lee in July 2006.

Geoff is a Managing Director and Co-founder of Locust Walk Partners, a business development advisory firm that offers transaction, strategy, and commercial support to life sciences companies.  LWP helps companies execute key business and corporate development transactions in a capital efficient manner.  They also help companies with strategic planning and commercial assessment engagements.

Geoff also is CEO and Founder of Evolved Capital, a company with tools to streamline the venture capital fundraising and investing process via returns analysis and deal flow management modules.

Before founding Locust Walk Partners and Evolved Capital, Mr. Meyerson was Director of Business Development for Zelos Therapeutics, a venture-backed company.  Prior to Zelos, Geoff worked at SR One, the biotech venture capital arm of GlaxoSmithKline closing eight venture capital financings in the US and Europe. Geoff worked at MedImmune in their business development group, and worked as a health care investment banker at UBS Investment Bank specializing in biotechnology financings and advisory work. Geoff is on the board of the Wharton Health Care Management Alumni Association chairing the External Affairs committee.
